Office Staff Page

Below are short descriptions of our behind the scenes office staff which can help answer your questions.

Christine Glover:  Christine is the Owner and President of TLS.  She is an Occupational Therapist and mother of two, one of whom has had developmental concerns.  Christine has had extensive experience in direct home health services and has expertise in the areas of Autism, Sensory Integration, Orthopedic issues, and feeding concerns.  She has given many presentations on various topics that range from diagnosis specific information, to therapy and treatment ideas.  She is a Board member of the Kansas City Pediatric Alliance that works to educate, provide networking opportunities, and to promote ways to access information for parents and professionals in the area.  

Mark Glover:  Mark is the Vice-President of TLS and has brought extensive experience to the team to focus on daily operations and to create a well run Center.  Mark is the parent of two, one of whom has developmental concerns.  Mark is our billing specialist and helps parents navigate through funding source questions and insurance issues.  He is the link between service providers and parents so that services can be provided quickly and efficiently.  He is happy to answer any questions regarding billing and will consult with anyone regarding services.  

Cindy Wainscott:  Cindy is our Administrative Assistant and has been with us since the beginning.  She is the first person people usually come in contact with in our office and is knowledgeable in all types of service provisions.  Cindy will work with you on referral information and setting up services.  She is the daily link between clients and service providers.
